Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund policy is applicable for customers purchasing the products from www.grandgamestreet.com or the GameStreet mobile application (together referred to as “The GameStreet Platform”).

We accept Returns within 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment by the customer.

Gift Cards

* All Gift cards purchased from The GameStreet Platform are non-returnable.

Other Products

* Toys and Games that are used, activated or missing parts will not be accepted for return
* The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials such as manuals, accessories, etc.
* Any item which is used or damaged will not be accepted for return.
* If any manufacturing defect is found on the product purchased from The Gamestreet Platform and is returnable, the customer can return the product to any of our outlets in the UAE.

Refund

* The customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return.
